Welcome Farm camp families

Back for its fourth year, we at Big Stars Farm look forward to continuing our tradition of inviting curious young minds into the daily operations of our working farm. We recognize that while most children will not grow up to be farmers, but by having a connection to the farm the learn so much about how their daily lives are connected to agriculture. Farm camp is designed for ages 5-12.

During camp the farm is crawling with campers donning their camp tees and playing in the barn and pastures all while learning through play and becoming part of the daily farm team. 

This year's farm camp will include the following activities and more:

Cow milking

Daily farm task like collecting eggs and feeding animals

Learning building skills - Campers help with a building project the week of camp. 

Learning to cook with farm fresh products

Fishing in the tank

Hiking

Free time to enjoy nature

Campers will learn about teamwork, environmental stewardship, math, science, and the arts We have a strong passion for youth and strive to create an unforgettable, rewarding farm experience.
